Grateful to be given another chance to live a life worth living. I remember pleading into drug court on 11-15-17, and yes I sobered up for drug court because I had multiple felonies in 3 different counties, we all have heard the nightmare reputations surrounding drug courts and I really didn't know if I would be graduating or going to prison but I hung in there to graduate it and never looked back. I learned that I wasn't such a bad guy and even learned to like myself while in the program. It was afterwards that I found my real strength in staying sober and working a recovery program. Never give up hope because life has a way of welcoming you back.
